obtain Console Handler for Console application

Hi,
I am using freepascal 2.6.2 and I am developing console application, without GUI or anything. I use only Windows and SysUtils. I found how to change SetCurrentConsoleFontEx because I want to control font - but I need a Handle. I googled a bit but found old solution with changing the window title, and finding it by name ;) which seems a bit odd.
Is there a simpler way?
