How to install a package/unit without lpk file?
« on: November 29, 2014, 07:44:41 am »
Hi,

I have several units without documentation, just a .pas file.
In the header, they say they are also for Lazarus.

Having a look at the source, it seems that they are components derived from standard LCL visual components, having also properties and events.

How can I install these in Lazarus without the .lpk?

Thx,
Dietmar

when you want to use them
add the path to your app
and add the unit to the uses
Edit***: from the menu at top project/project options/compiler options/paths
