I see some suggestion of doing this on the web, but I have no HTML component to copy from. I have tried lpHTML, but it does not copy HTML to the clipboard.

i think these days it's better to talk about CSS2/CSS3 support... that brings us to a half-browser implementation. (the remaining half is JS processing)

browser implementation requires at least ashort of a dom implementation
i'm not aware if there is a component in lazarus providing this functionality alerady

i think style-cascading is far more complicated task than dom manipulation.
The difference in CSS application rules is one of the browser war features.

Never met any opensource pascalish library that does it... IIRC, lpHTML does minimum (if any) of CSS.
