dbupdaterxs: small tool to update databases (based on sqldbtutorial3)

I've relized a small utility to update a database executing sql scripts form a give folder.
It tracks the last script executed so can be used to update databases from current schema (if updated with this tool).

This utility is based on sqldbtutorial3 and it is a simple project.
Maybe this project can be useful as an example.
