Editor DropDown Completion Suggestion List [ctrl+space]

1)Is there a setting to have the list sorted?
ex. properties/procedures/functions or at least alphabetically?
2) Noticed that the last used item from the list the next time the list is open is moved at the top and removed from the original place is there a setting to make the list show at the top lets the last used items without changing the original list?
if there is no setting for the above where can i find the file that handles the behavior of the dropdown box to try to implement them myself
searched lazarus folder for intelli / IntelliSens
but no luck

Start search in
ide\sourceeditor.pp  and  ide\codecontextform.pas

The list is generated by "codetool".
