TToolBar Bug?

Well here is what i did
added a new form
added a ttoolbar
added 4 buttons in toolbar with New Button contex menu
added 2 Dividers with New Divider contex menu
Possition first divider after first button
Possition second divider after third button
Minimize the form
Restore the form everything is as placed

The bug
Change the property of the toolbar Align to [alNone]
Usign Ancor Editor Align toolbar's  [top left right] to form Π, |_  ,  _|]
Minimize the form
Restore the form
The dividers moved one place forward (right) and they will continue to move forward  (right)  as long you minimize the form and restore it until both become the last 2 buttons
This will not hapen if you execute
