[SOLVED] Error message when opening Lazarus
« on: August 22, 2014, 05:07:06 am »
Hello !!!!

When I open Lazarus, the following message appears:

The package EditorMacro Script (pascalscript macros)
has detected a problem and was deactivated.
The package selftest was not completed during the last
start of the IDE.

I can use Lazarus normally, but this message is boring.

What can I do to solve this?

Thank you Very Much in advance.

Why not try to uninstall and rebuild Lazarus.
Then you could try to install it again and rebuild Lazarus again.
If then you still have the error message during startup just uninstall the package again.

For uninstalling and installing  use the Package menu's bottom choice "Install/uninstall packages".
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit) / Linux Mint (64 bit)
       Lazarus 3.2 FPC 3.2.2
       CodeTyphon 8.40 FPC 3.3.1
