Login and send data to application form

Hi,
How can i login to a website and send data to an application form on javascript.
General, how can i manipulate web forms with gecko or similar.

I made some progress. I managed to put information inside inputs and there's another post about sending a click. My problem is to change TEXTAREA content.

If anyone has a different way to login in webpage without knows field value and run javascript please send a suggest.
