Abbrevia TAbMeter?
« on: March 21, 2014, 02:17:46 am »
Reading the Abbrevia documentation I see there is a TAbmeter progressbar which can show progress during zip operations. Unfortunately this meter does not show up in the Abbrevia tab of the components bar. Installing Abrrevia In Delphi (2007) the meter is shown in Delphi's components. I searched the forum but only found one item from 2011 which is not very clear.
How do I get a TAbmeter available with Abbrevia using Lazarus?
Has anyone succeeded doing so?
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit) / Linux Mint (64 bit)
       Lazarus 3.2 FPC 3.2.2
       CodeTyphon 8.40 FPC 3.3.1

I borrowed the pl_abbrevia package from the latest CodeTyphon download and installed that in my Lazarus 1.3 and now I have all the documented visual components visible in the Abbrevia component tab. So I finally can take full advantage of all Abbrevia's functionality.
