Newbie - Where/how do I start

I feel good, I was able to create a "hello world" program and it only took 2 days.  :?   Is there any newbie documentation?  I haven't programmed in Pascal for about 20 years, so I probabaly need to pick up a book on that also, but this Pascal looks a lot different that what I learned back in school.  Any help pointing me in the correct direction would be useful.
