It can connect and show records in design time but dont connect at runtime

I have put a connection and transaction and sqlquey and datasource in datamodule. put a dbgrid in main form and set datasource. When eneter the options and properties, when i set to table active i can see the records ig grid at design time. But when i run the app then it is waiting and waiting then show message that it cannot found the server and it cannot connecto my ms sql server.
