generating crossbuilder win32/win64 -- WinUnits-Base ??

Erm, guys..... ran into a little trouble here.

I was building myself a nice little crosscompiler (win32 -> win64) and upon rebuilding the LCL, I noticed the FCL package winunits-base doesn't recompile all available units. In fact, it only rebuilds those not listed as "implicitunits" in the makefile.

So, short of manually compiling, how can one force MAKE to make all (nope, MAKE realall os_target=win64 cpu_target=x86_64 crosscompile=1 didn't do the trick :-)
