how to jump to an anchor in TipHtmlPanel

Hello,
i am using the standard web browser component on lazarus, TipHtmlPanel.
I would have a button to press and go to my anchor on the html page i am reading.
How can i do this?
I don't want do add pippo.html#myAnchor ... i want do visit pippo.html and after when i press the button go to the anchor.

Does anybody has a tips?
