textile manufacturing control project

Our company is www.mctextileservices.co.uk and we supply textile factory electronics and systems.
I'm looking for someone to work with us.  Some of the work is routine building of user interface - login, select work etc - using Lazarus.  There are web links to enterprise databases and RS232 links to machine controllers.  The controllers use BASIC and there could be opportunities for writing in BASIC as well.  If you're interested, plus points are (1)good experience, (2) economical rates (3) flexible approach to working (4) not too far from the English Midlands - though this may not be possible.  Concise reply please, explaining why you're the right person.
