Translate App Menu + Compile for < 10.7

Hi everybody,

I just discover and code my first app with.

I have two question about Lazarus and Mac :

- How to translate the App Menu ? I'm french, Lazarus is in French, but when I compile, the App Menu with Service, Hide, quit, is in English.
- When I compile, a message said that no os version is specified and that Lazarus compile for 10.7. How to specified to compile for < 10.7 ?
