if there any way to build symbian s40/s60/belle applications?

the wiki says that development for symbian os is based on UIQ and stopped.
is there any way to develop and deploy symbian apps?

lazarus and LCL is much better than QtCreator which is too difficult to use...

UIQ is dead in 2008.... however S60 and Belle is still alive now. they're different things.

None that I know of, you'll have to port what they provide now (probably C/C++) and if it's another complicated yet not backward compatible system (just like UIQ), I'd say forget about it.
