I need Source Code on How to Play WAV Files in WINCE 5.0

Kindly , anyone send me the Lazarus "tested" Source Code and Compiled Version of Playing a WAV sound File.

I have tried everything I can play source. And a Source Code some Chinese Guy sent me in C++ Plays Sound on my WINCE 5.0 DEVICE.....but I am a DELPHI / LAZARUS Person.
