Update of fink installation to 0.9.30.4 and enable 64bit tree

Hi

The package descriptions for fink are now updated to 0.9.30.4. As before, an Aqua or a GTK2 GUI version of lazarus can be installed. Independent on the version, crosscompilation for carbon, GTK2, win32, wince-arm and wince-i386 is available through add-on packages. In addition, the 64bit tree offers the 32bit carbon version, the 64bit GTK2 version and the add-ons for crosscompiling.
