Collaboration in further development of a game
« on: March 05, 2012, 04:43:40 pm »
I'm working for some years on a game project which is in an almost mature state. It has a large, growing community around the world and is released under GPL. But by now it has become more demanding and time consuming than I can handle. Therefore I'm looking for folks to share work. The code has about 50k lines and only Synapse, lazopengl and lcl/fcl as dependency (but at least fpc 2.6.0 is needed to compile) . It is written for Linux, Windows and (with some restrictions) Darwin.

Have a look at these links

released under GPL

However, the installer disagrees and tells about CC-NC.

I was upset by an ebay-seller who charged money. The code was and is GPL and I'll change CC (which is stupid for software) back to GPL in the next release. After all, the game should be free of charge, free of any advertising stuff, and open source.
