how to install fpweb package in lazarus?

I installed lazarus 0.9.30 in ubuntu 11.10 system. I cann't find the fpweb (or weblaz) package in the install/uninstall form, and I browsed the components/fpweb directory but no .lpk file exists. How can I install the package?

You can't. Something is wrong with the Lazarus deb package!
