Motorola MC70 scanning barcode beginning with 0

Hello everyone,
I am using a Motorola MC70 to add stock and create new inwards on an epos system and some barcodes begin with 0. The epos and backoffice have no problem with this but the Motorola does. Does anyone know how to change the configuration of the scanner so it will accept them? I have seen it on handheld scanners before that there is a book of barcodes to change its settings but cant find anything to that affect here. I am based in Ireland.

Is this effect only with your application built on Lazarus?
Try to read the manual carefully.

Use Motorola DataWedge for barcode input, so you dont have to fiddle with the scanner specifica.
