Are there any USB Components Available for lazarus?
« on: June 18, 2011, 12:59:34 pm »
Hello All,

Are there any USB components available for lazarus?  Is lazarus a dead program? I don't see too many useful components for it...comports, USB, you know, the low-level stuff?

Thanks in advance,

Lazarus is a "GUI" for the Free Pascal compiler & it is far from dead. The "low-level" stuff you're looking for exists as pure pascal DOS based/command line code. Code that can be compiled by most of the pascal compilers around. I know I've seen it but I just don't remember where. Do a search on the Internet & you'll find what you need.
