I received my copy late last week and have started reading it. (Skipping around quite a bit.)

Is there an errata sheet for the book available somewhere?

To whom should errors be reported? I found one minor spelling error and that prompted me to ask the above question.

Not really.

To the author of the chapter where the error is.

I've ordered this book since last June 2011, but I didn't received it yet. It seems that it was lost in mail.

Did you try sending an e-mail to the editor?

My colleage at my previous job was ordered this book, I'm not sure if he e-mailed the editor about this delay or not. Unfortunately he left the company also last month.
I think I should order it again, because all links to the previous order may be lost.

Detlef D. Overbeek seems to have difficulties with his mailings management. I have ordered a subscription of Blaise Pascal magazine as PDF file and in print, however I never received the print version. I also ordered a Delphi Stamp in October 2011; On December 7th I got an enquiry that my package was returned (the street number was wrong which may be my own mistake). I replied with the correct address but I never received the hardware I have paid for, nor did I get any reply from Mr. Overbeek.

I recommend sending yet again an e-mail to Detlef explaining the problem.

Unfortunately I have no link to that e-mail. Negotiation and purchasing the book is done by my colleage which I can not access now.

But mr Overbeek probably could find this e-mail now. You should write to him and ask.

Got my copy just a weeek ago.  Already read the DB section which had a lot of good stuff in it.

Good Job.

Will there be a new version at some point after Lazarus 1.0 ships?  Has a ot changed sine the book was 1st published?
