Translation of the FPC messages file

I finished translating the FPC compiler messages file in Italian and sent it to patch@dommelstein.nl.
Hope it's the right place...  ::)

The normal recommended way is to open an issue in http://bugs.freepascal.org.
I don't know the e-mail address. Where did you find it?
