Few questions about network

Hi,
how can i in lazarus make this things:

• Check active connections (e.g. if i have run firefox my app should return (1 total active connections: firefox)
• Check speed for active transfers (e.g. firefox - 60 kb/s)
• Disable access to Internet/LAN

?
