LNet on WinCE and a TCP C/S working demos

I need to build an TCP client / server application.
The client application must run on Windows Mobile device, it's must talk with a server application on windows xp / 7 pc.
Client and Server excanges XML files.
Does Lnet a good solution ?
Does anyone give me a full funcionally example of a LNet Client / Server application that can excange files ?
In LNet installation zip file there is a demo but it show how excange only string :-(
